Tasnim Chiboub holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology and is currently pursuing studies in software engineering, building a strong technical foundation for her entrepreneurial ambitions in Tunisia’s evolving tech ecosystem.
As co-founder and CEO of Upwake, Tasnim leads an innovative AI and automation startup developing intelligent solutions for modern business challenges. Specializing in prompt engineering and AI system optimization, she is transforming how businesses leverage automation technology.
An IEEE member since 2021, Tasnim dedicates significant effort to volunteer leadership roles, driving innovation and empowering emerging talent.
She serves as Chair of the IEEE Consultants Network (CN) Tunisia AG and Vice Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Tunisia AG, championing technological excellence and women’s representation in STEM. As Coordinator of Entrepreneurship Activities for IEEE Tunisia Section, she actively mentors and supports aspiring innovators.
