Following the launch of the WIE Ghana Affinity Group during the IEEE R8 ASYPC in August 2025, the leadership of WIE Ghana found the WIE ILS a prudent opportunity to create awareness and further bolster involvement in the Affinity Group, and networking among its members. The aim of hosting this summit in Ghana is to promote networking and highlight how women can strive for balance in their lives as they get more involved in STEM.
